I'm Rand Owens and I am a biohacking and fitness junky. I’ve spent countless hours discovering, researching, and experimenting with different supplements, nutrition and fitness routines. And I’ve noticed that while there are a lot of sites that tell you what they think you should be doing, very few back it up with quantifiable evidence. That’s why I started this site.

I try out everything on myself, measure the results, and share everything in great detail. It’s the kind of information I wish I had when I started my biohacking journey.
